PLATFORM

Tribe is a non-profit publication and platform dedicated to documenting photography and moving image from the Arab world.

With a clear focus on collaboration and connection, Tribe brings together artists, writers, and communities to exchange ideas and explore the shifting role of image-making in contemporary culture. Through this shared space, we aim to cultivate dialogue and deepen understanding within an evolving visual landscape.

As part of this commitment, our mission is to build a lasting archive — both in print and online —that preserves and celebrates these conversations, practices, and artistic contributions. Tribe seeks to honor the voices shaping today’s visual culture and sustaining their impact over time.

In addition to publishing, Tribe curates exhibitions and partners with photo, art, and book fairs, as well as cultural institutions, to expand the global visibility of this vibrant creative community.
